Concentric Dividers:2
Radial Dividers:0
Setting options then click OK
I used stroke "5px"
Select Object>Path>Outline Stroke
Select Circle shape
Window>Transform or Shift F8
Diameter:27,164mm
I learn radius:27,164/2=13,6 
Select rectangle tool click on layer open setting options 
Rectangle on Circle Shape then click right button select "Clipping Mask"
Clipping Masked
Window>Pathfinder>Merge
Click mouse right button on layer select "Show Rules" or View>Show Rules
or "Ctrl+R"
Draw on layer circle 
Effect>Stylize>Outer Glow

To begin, draw a rounded rectangle
Copy rounded rectangle Copy(Ctrl+C) and Paste(Ctrl+V)
Select pen tool draw a rounded rectangle on line 
Select shapes then Window>Pathfinder>Divide
Select shape and copy 
Paste first shape
I used radial gradient color a rounded rectangle and shape color grey 
Select shapes and Window>Transparency or Shift+Ctrl+F10
I used opacity:42
Select Rss icon Shape move to rounded rectangle then Window>Align
Vertical Align Center click
Horizontal Align Center click
Vertical Distribute Center click
Horizontal Distribute Center Click
Finalll....

Open New Files 
Select Star Tool and setting side triangle


First steps select triangle shape and Free Transform Tool(E)
Second steps drag and drop triangle shape
Select Rotation Tool (R)
Press "Alt" Key and double click triangle to point out
Setting rotation angle. (I used 20 angle)And click Copy button
Press Ctr+D duplicate triangle
Finished rotation
Select all triangle shapes and mouse right click then select Group
Draw square on triangle
Select all shapes and
1-Window>Align>Vertical Align Center
2-Window>Align>Horizontal Align Center
(Select Square and Copy(Ctrl+C) and Paste(Ctrl+V) because first square use Clipping Mask)second square use background
Select all triangle shapes and mouse right click then select "Make Clipping Mask"
Window>Pathfinder>Merge
1-Second square select and mouse right click then select Arrange>Send to Back
2-Select all Shapes then
Window>Align >Vertical align Center click
Window>Align>Horizontal align Center click
Finished Sunbeam Background 

1-Open New Files (Ctrl+N)
2-Select EllipseTool (L) draw on layer circle

3- Select gradient palette
Window>Gradient or (Ctrl+F9) add two color first
color light (I used red color and radial type) second
color dark red if you want change color click color palette
Window>Color (F6) or Tool Palette Menu
-click first light red color then drag and drop change color location
-click second dark red color then change color
If you want change color location select to draw shape and click Gradient Tool (G)then drag and drop change color location
If you want change radial gradient to linear gradient or linear to gradient select gradient palette change gradient type
4- Select Ellipse Tool draw elipse on circle shapes
and select linear gradient first color white second color black
Select Free Transform Tool Change shape location
Select gradient pallete change linear color location
Select Transparency
If your Transparency is not showing, go to Window > Transparency or press
Ctrl+Shift+F10.Change opacity percentage and change bleending mode change
normal to screen
If you want use effect (shadow,glow) I use this tutorial Outer Glow.You want use effect
Effect>Stylize>Outer Glow
